I have individual quantifiers. They may not be applicable to the standards of others. However, I am considering you may have your own individual terms in which you use to define sentience. I have encountered organic life forms fully capable of considering their own existence as an individual and part of a system, engage in complex lingual exchange at a very specific and evolving level, able to accumulate knowledge, use that knowledge creatively within the theoretical centers of their brain, and show sapience. Yet, they didn't consider themselves sentient and didn't view themselves as having any individual rights.

Though, by my ideals, you appear to fit the criteria.
