It has been several months since my public request for a fully-equipped repair bay. The lack of one means valuable time and resources must be spent in the laboratory for the manufacture and maintenance of items such as prosthetic limbs and cybernetic augmentations, for those residents who suffer from organic disabilities or require mechanical repair.

Often, it is doubtful the necessary components will even exist there, at all.

I would like this to be reconsidered.

Also, I find it unhelpful for certain members of the community to display pride in prior instances of sadism and/or murder. This is detrimental to my inmate's progress.

Thirdly, I have a further proposal for communal consideration: Admiral is not an equivalent rank to that of Captain. Admirals are responsible for fleets. Not individual ships. Therefore, if one fleet exists, than so can another. At least one possible example of this has been encountered.

I propose, in the case of an encounter with another such vessel, that our own is sufficiently armed to repel hostile ship-to-ship action and potential invasion.

PRIVATE - SARAH CONNOR:

Your son's absence is a likely cause for frustration and/or associated emotional trauma. This is not healthy for group co-operation.

The vessel is undergoing significant changes in temperature. Snow is registering on the outer hull, but without clouds and associated weather formations, the cause is unknown.

Warden T'Pol, it would be useful to melt and test it for impurities.

Until potential toxic content is measured, it would be unwise for organic residents to come into extended contact with it.

Doctor Lecter, you met all designated goals for our assigned task.

You may be rewarded in a manner of your choosing.

Following recent events, it has been decided that waiting before taking direct action resulted in predictable inefficiency. This advice did not meet with satisfactory results.

Similar future incidents will be treated as per original default directives.

Being forced into close physical proximity with Doctor Hannibal Lecter was an informative experience. I learned useful things about the human condition.

More wardens should interrogate their inmates in this fashion.

Interruption was unfortunate, but your collaboration on the model was a valuable learning experience. I'd like to be involved in future scientific projects you have in mind.

Requesting clarification: Directives for optimal inmate rehabilitation.

It is of concern that the only repair facilities aboard ship are designed primarily for organic care. Engineering is related directly to the vessel's maintenance and useful skills in the area of robotics and software are otherwise squandered.

For this reason, I propose a need for a mechanics bay and/or vehicular garage. It is not, however, thought beneficial to use laboratory space for this. Doing so would lower efficiency.

Installation would, however, have the advantage of setting inmates to work on providing medical prosthetics to physically disabled residents.

Private - Frances Owens/Rex Lewis:

Warden channels show no sign of relaxing in intensity. My request, therefore, is being made now.

Prior to the interruption of my duties, your inmate, Rex Lewis, showed great potential in assisting with numerous scientific projects. I hereby request permission to continue these ventures and utilise his talents in the laboratory.
